Information we collect

Auburn Bar Society collects the contact details, workplace information, profile answers, date of birth, referrals, and employment proof you submit to process applications and administer membership. Please redact unrelated financial or identification details from employment proof.

How we use and share information

We use application information for review, membership records, required application emails, and the communications you request. Our current application service uses Airtable for records and attachments, Resend for email, and Netlify for hosting. Service providers process information on our behalf. Employment proof is used for industry verification.

Optional text messages

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of membership or purchase. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process them for that purpose. Partner offers, if sent, come from Auburn Bar Society; opting in does not authorize partners to text you directly.

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of communication consent, email info@thebarsocieties.com. We retain application information as needed for membership administration and applicable obligations.
